We aim to despatch your orders within 1-2 working days, all orders placed by 11am Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day.
All orders are delivered by our logistics partner DPD. All deliveries are expected within 48hrs from leaving us and can be tracked using the DPD Follow My Parcel app or directly via the tracking tool on their webpage. You will be notified with a one-hour delivery window via SMS or email, so you don't need to wait in all day for your parcel.
What's more, DPD's Follow My Parcel app enables you to watch the progress of your parcel on a real-time map and it also supplies a final 15-minute time slot for your convenience.
Please note that during peak times of the year such as Easter and Christmas, delivery delays may occur. If your order has not been received within 5 working days of purchase, please call our customer services team on 01252 279 303.
